Refund policy
A downloaded digital product cannot be “returned”, so the guarantee is settled by returning the money. It is 14 calendar days from purchase, for any reason, no justification needed. This page explains how, how long it takes, and the only cases that fall outside.
1. The guarantee in one line
If within 14 days of your purchase the kit does not work for you — or you simply changed your mind — write to us and we refund 100 % of the amount. No form, no questions, no negotiation.
2. How to request it (2 minutes)
- Write tomedicpc51@gmail.com from the same email you used to buy.
- Put “refund” in the subject and include your order number.
- If you want, tell us what went wrong: it helps us fix it. Optional and it does not condition the refund.
You do not need to delete the files or “return” the download: the kit is yours and we will not chase you. We trust the licence in section 3 of the terms still applies.
3. How long it takes

The refund goes to the same payment method and in the same currency as the charge. We cannot refund to another card or in cash. Any currency-conversion fees charged by your bank are outside our control.
4. The only cases excluded
The guarantee is broad but not unlimited. It does not apply when:
- more than 14 calendar days have passed since the purchase;
- the request comes from an account that already refunded the same product before (abuse of the mechanism, not of the product);
- redistribution or resale of the package is detected, in which case the licence is already breached.
Outside those cases we do not impose technical conditions such as “first prove you installed it”. If you bought it and it does not work for you, it is refunded.
5. If the problem is technical, we fix it first
Most refund requests we expect will be a workflow that will not import or a credential that will not connect. Write to us before requesting the refund: it is usually solved in one email exchange, and the documentation includes a troubleshooting guide covering the failures we hit in our own tests. If it is not solved, the refund is still available until day 14.
6. Free product
The email & domain validator is free: there is no charge, so there is no refund. If you find a bug, tell us and we fix it.
7. Legal basis
In Chile, Law 19.496 on consumer protection governs the right of withdrawal; for downloadable digital content that right does not always apply once delivery has started. This 14-day guarantee is voluntary and additional to whatever your own law grants you: it does not reduce any mandatory consumer right you hold in your country.
If you are in the European Union, you also keep the right of withdrawal available to you under applicable consumer legislation, without prejudice to this guarantee.
