Privacy policy
This site collects the bare minimum: an email address if you type it. There are no advertising cookies, no social pixels, and we do not sell or share data with anyone. Here is exactly what is stored and for how long.
1. Who processes the data
The controller is the operator of B2B Revenue Autopilot Kit, based in Chile, reachable at medicpc51@gmail.com.
For local purchases we do not receive or store card data: payment is by bank transfer and the receipt is non-tax. Account details are used only to identify the payment.

On the newsletter list we do not collect name, phone, address or card data. On a local order we do collect name, email, optional RUT and the transfer receipt; we never ask for card data. We do not run advertising profiling or automated decision-making on your data.
If you use the workflow we sell, the data it processes is yours and your responsibility: it runs on your instance and looks up public business information. We never receive a copy of what your workflow produces.
3. Who else is involved
- Cloudflare — site hosting, order API and encrypted receipt storage.
- n8n / Gmail — transactional order emails (instructions and download link).
- Your bank — local transfer; we do not share your data with other merchants.
- Resend — delivery of newsletter emails (if sending is active).
These providers process data on our behalf under their own contractual safeguards. There is no transfer of data to third parties for commercial purposes, no sale and no assignment.
4. How long it is kept
Your list email is kept until you unsubscribe. When you unsubscribe it is marked inactive and stops receiving emails immediately. You can request full deletion and the record is erased.
Support emails are kept while the conversation remains useful (usually up to 12 months). Order data and the receipt are kept for up to 12 months to respond for the sale and any refund; the receipt is stored encrypted and is deleted earlier if the order is cancelled. Non-tax receipts are kept under applicable accounting obligations.
5. Your rights
You can request at any time: access to what we hold about you, rectification of incorrect data, erasure, objection to receiving emails, and portability of what you provided. Write tomedicpc51@gmail.com and we reply within 10 business days.
Unsubscribe without writing to us: every email includes a signed unsubscribe link. One click and you receive nothing else from the sequence.
In Chile, Law 19.628 on the protection of private life applies, and — once in force — Law 21.719. If you are in the European Union, you also hold the rights of the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
6. Cookies and measurement
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no social pixel. The only thing that may be written to your browser is what is strictly necessary to remember interface preferences; if we ever add visit measurement, it will be aggregate and non-identifying, and this page will be updated first.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The subscriber panel is protected by token and unsubscribe links are signed with HMAC so nobody can unsubscribe a third party. Service keys are stored outside the code, in environment variables.
No system is infallible: if we detected a breach affecting your data, we would email you and describe what happened, without spin.
8. Minors
The product is a professional tool for businesses and is not aimed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes and contact
If this policy changes in any substantive way, the date at the top is updated and the list is notified before the change affects sends.
