Terms and conditions
These terms govern the purchase and use of the digital kits sold on this site. They are written to be read without a lawyer: if anything is unclear, write to us before you buy and we will spell it out.
1. Who sells and who charges
The seller of the content is an independent operator based in Chile, trading as B2B Revenue Autopilot Kit.
Payment, taxes and the receipt or invoice are handled locally: local purchases are paid by bank transfer and receive a non-tax digital receipt. We do not issue a Chilean boleta or factura.
International checkout is not available right now. When it opens, the checkout will identify the payment provider and its terms. Until then, this site does not charge cards.
2. What exactly you buy
The products are downloadable digital files — not a hosted service and not a mandatory subscription:
- Starter (USD 49): an n8n workflow that finds and scores local businesses, plus its documentation.
- Pro Agency (USD 129): the complete Starter, a second workflow (meeting notes → CRM), an MCP server, the commercial licence and the extended documentation.
- Free: the email & domain validator, published as a standalone utility.
What each package contains — file counts, documents and requirements — is published on the pricing section of this site before you buy. If the download does not match that description, the guarantee in section 5 applies.
We do not sell API keys, AI provider credits, hosting, 24/7 on-call support or guaranteed results. The third-party services the workflow uses (Google Places, DeepSeek, n8n, Google Sheets) are contracted and paid directly with each provider, using your account and your card.
3. Licence
Starter: licensed for one business (you or your company), unlimited internal use in your own workflows and clients.
Pro Agency: includes a commercial licence — you may use the workflows in work you bill to your clients and adapt them to their operation.
In both cases you may not:
- resell, sublicense, redistribute or publish the files as your own product (including “bundled” inside another course or template);
- publish the complete package in a public repository, forum or file-sharing service;
- remove the authorship and licence notices from the files.
You may share screenshots, excerpts and explanations of your own implementation, and modify the files for your projects. The licence is perpetual for the version you bought: one-time kits do not expire and carry no monthly fee.
4. Delivery
Delivery is by email after the bank transfer is confirmed, within 24 business hours. There is no physical shipment.
If the download link fails, expires or the file will not open, write to medicpc51@gmail.com with your order number and we will issue a new link. There is no charge and you do not have to pay again.
5. 14-day guarantee
By law, the right of withdrawal does not always apply to downloadable digital content once delivery has started. We grant it anyway: for 14 calendar days from purchase, for any reason, we refund the full amount on request. No justification, no form, no awkward questions.
How to request it and how it is processed: refund policy. The refund is made by bank transfer to the same account holder.
6. Technical requirements and reasonable expectations
The workflows require your own n8n instance (verified on n8n 2.43.6 and n8n 1.60.0) and your own accounts with the services each workflow uses. The documentation includes step-by-step installation, an exact API cost table and a troubleshooting guide covering the failures we actually hit while testing.
The results published on this site and in the blog are measurements from our own tests, with our data and our accounts. They tell you what to expect from the tool; they are not a promise of revenue, savings or number of clients. What the workflow produces depends on your market, your list and how you sell.
7. Limitation of liability
We deliver a product that works and we verify it before selling it; we are not responsible for how it is used or for business decisions made from its output. In particular:
- the workflow does not send messages on its own: sending is manual and your responsibility;
- you are responsible for complying with the commercial outreach, data protection and advertising rules of your country (in Chile, among others, Law 19.496 and Law 19.628);
- price or policy changes by external providers (Google, DeepSeek, n8n) are outside our control.
Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in this clause reduces any consumer rights your local law grants you on a mandatory basis.
8. Support
Support is by email: we answer questions about installation, configuration and errors in the package itself. It does not include setting up your n8n instance from scratch, operating your workflows, or commercial or legal advice. Reasonable response time: 2 business days.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes. The version applicable to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought; later changes in price or scope do not affect previous purchases.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Chile. If you buy from another country, the mandatory consumer rights of your own legislation remain in force in your favour.
